Eco Brixs
Description
Eco Brixs relied on paper receipts and manual data entry to manage recycling operations across 44 hubs in Uganda, causing delays, data inconsistencies, and limited visibility into impact. As workloads expanded, fragmented communication and unstable internet made coordination difficult. The new platform streamlined data collection, improved real-time visibility, reinforced communication between hubs and headquarters, and provided a scalable structure to support future regional expansion.
The solution
Environment
Digital tracking of plastic waste collection makes it easier for EcoBrixs to monitor operations in real time across factories and collection hubs, ensuring that plastic deliveries are recorded consistently even in offline environments and improving oversight of sustainability activities.
Community development
Centralized recycler registration and transparent contribution records make it easier for the organization to coordinate workflows across 44 recycling hubs and headquarters, empower more than 3,000 recyclers with clear and verifiable records of their work, and support the expansion of circular value chains with reliable, real-time data.
