Description

SIMN was managing more than 100 programs across 30+ countries, but their systems were mostly manual and spread across different tools. This made it hard to see what was happening across regions and to measure results clearly. The new platform brought all data into one place, gave teams real-time visibility, and simplified daily work. It allowed SIMN to deliver services faster, generate reports for teams and donors more easily, and grow globally without needing to add more staff.

The solution

Migration

Centralized case registration and follow-up enable SIMN to track migrants, refugees, and seafarers across Migrant Centers and Stella Maris locations, ensuring continuity of support even as people move between cities and countries. Offline and multi-device access allows field and office teams to collect and update information in real time, preventing data loss in remote or low-connectivity contexts and improving visibility of individual needs and services provided.

Social and economic justice

Integrated data management across SIMN’s global centers makes it easier to coordinate services, allocate resources, and identify gaps in assistance for vulnerable populations. Real-time data visualization and trend analysis support program decisions, strengthen evidence-based advocacy, and provide reliable insights for global migration studies, ensuring that no beneficiary or service is overlooked within the network.
