Description
Espérance banlieues’ rapid growth exposed the limits of decentralized, school-level data management, making it difficult to track students’ academic progress, competencies, and overall development across the network, compare results, and make informed decisions at scale. We developed a centralized digital system that allows teachers in all Espérance banlieues schools to record student information, academic results, and competency-based assessments in a standardized, real-time platform. The system improved visibility across schools, strengthened monitoring and evaluation, enhanced coordination of educational efforts, and provided reliable data to support pedagogical follow-up, strategic planning, and the foundation’s mission of building a more cohesive and just society.

Centralized student data management enables teachers to track academic progress and competency development in real time, improving monitoring, evaluation, and pedagogical coordination across 16 schools while supporting consistent, high-quality education in underserved communities.
Youth empowerment
Real-time visibility of individual learning paths and strengths allows educators to provide more personalized support, foster students’ confidence and civic values, and contribute to the development of responsible, engaged young citizens, benefiting over 150 children in 2025.
