Description
Tahaddi’s paper-based system couldn’t keep up with the pace in medical, educational, and social cases caused by the Syrian refugee crisis, leading to inefficiencies, fragmented data, and limited connectivity that slowed down service delivery and reporting. We developed a platform that increased efficiency, centralized real-time data, enabled faster services without adding staff, automated reporting for internal use and donors, and provided a scalable infrastructure for long-term growth.
