Description
Angelitos de Cristal’s paper-based system could no longer support the complex medical, psychological, and social care required by children living with Osteogenesis Imperfecta, leading to fragmented information, limited visibility of patient journeys, and delays in coordinated care and reporting. We developed CristalNet, a digital platform that centralized patient data in real time, improved coordination among multidisciplinary teams, reduced administrative workload, and strengthened follow-up and communication with families. The system enabled the organization to deliver more efficient, integrated, and compassionate care while providing reliable data to support strategic planning, impact reporting, and sustainable growth.
