Description
Pivot, Inc. relied on paper records and disconnected digital tools, which made it hard to manage the growing needs of youth facing homelessness, foster care transitions, and involvement with child welfare or juvenile justice systems. Intakes were slow, coordination across programs was limited, and reporting took too much time. The new centralized platform will bring all client information into one place, simplify intake and case management, and improve collaboration between teams. It will reduce administrative work, strengthen accountability, and help Pivot provide timely, trauma-informed support, while also generating clear data to measure results and improve services across housing, education, employment, and well-being programs.
