Description

Morija relied on paper-based records, which made it hard to follow children’s nutritional recovery, track training results for mothers, and access reliable data across its two centers. Information was often incomplete, slow to process, and difficult to compare, which affected planning and delayed responses in both urban and rural programs. Nutri-Trak brought all data into one system, allowed field teams to enter information in real time, improved monitoring of malnutrition cases, simplified reporting, and supported stronger prevention through consistent follow-up.

The solution

Healthcare

Digital patient registration and follow-up make it easier for Morija staff to track each child’s nutritional recovery across health centers and community visits, ensuring consistent monitoring and timely interventions.

Children’s rights

Centralized tracking of maternal and caregiver training, breastfeeding, and nutrition programs makes it easier for the organization to detect malnutrition risks in real time, allocate resources efficiently, and strengthen long-term nutritional outcomes for vulnerable communities.
