Description
As Wake up Café grew and began supporting more than 1,500 people in prison or recently released, it became harder to manage information using multiple disconnected tools. Key details about housing, health, training, employment, and social support were scattered, which made follow up difficult and limited the ability to provide personalized guidance. The WoW platform brought all beneficiary information into one system, improved coordination between teams, and allowed real time tracking of each reintegration journey. It also ensured compliance with European data protection standards and helped Wake up Café better understand results and grow its programs in a more sustainable way.
